What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are a flat rate of Rs. 180 for deliveries within Pakistan.

For orders of Rs. 2000 or more, delivery within Pakistan is free.
How can I place an order?
After you have decided on your purchase from the items available in the "Shop" section on the website, you may proceed towards completing the "Order Form".
Once this has been submitted successfully on the website, you will receive a confirmation SMS and/or a WhatsApp message on the number provided asking for confirmation of your order.
Once your confirmation has been received, your order is placed.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We try our best to ship at our earliest. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
You may communicate cancellation of your order anytime before your order is confirmed. After you place the order, you will receive an SMS or Watsapp message requesting you to confirm. Once confirmation is received, your order is booked and you may not cancel it from thereon.
Do you have a return policy?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchange. However, if you have any concerns, please do contact us and we will try our best to improve your customer experience.
